Parenting has changed so much,since the times when I was growing up.The sad part is it’s not all for the good.disrespect of authority figures and a serious lack of work ethic is missing from our young adults.It has been replaced by an I am entitled mentality.Something has to change.

A great gym teaches lessons far beyond a big chest and arms.The gym I learned from taught me respect,Discipline,setting and obtaining goals.hardwork and trust just to name a few unlike the selfie taking,pick up spots,half dressed women gyms of today.Quads gym there will be no other like it,unless I create it hmmmmm.
