I have been in this profession the last 29 years.In the last 15 years personal training has became a profession that everybody think they can do and that’s just not the truth. The quality of the profession has been greatly diminished,clients suffer from a profession that I love dearly.do you have a good or a great  trainer,listen and find out for yourself.

There Sometimes comes a day that will,forever change your life.that day for me was july of 1993.the day that my cousin died.we were raised more as brothers by my great-grandmother,he was 2 years younger then me.that day was so painful,it was the only time i considered suicide.the lesson within this podcast is always tell your special friends and family,that you love them.
